Monumental « tear drop » stone plinths

Monumental « tear drop » stone plinths :  These remarkable antique limestone plinths or pedestals will originally have supported structural pillars (or perhaps statues). They have an intriguing shape viewed from above with a principal circle flanked by a much smaller adjacent circle. They are well worn and weathered but in good robust condition.

On display at our new architectural salvage yard and showrooms at Pont L’Evêque, just south of Deauville in Normandy.
