Antique fireback with fire-flying cherubs

Antique fireback with fire-flying cherubs : This antique French cast-iron fireback is very large and in good condition but worn. It depicts a fire lit on top of a circular urn with five winged cherubs frolicking around it seeming like they’re enjoying the party ! The age of the fireback is uncertain, but we believe it to be no more recent than 19th century.
