Large size antique French terracotta hexagon flooring

Large size old hexagonal terracotta tile: these large antique reclaimed terracotta tiles from France have been cleaned and sorted. They are ready for installation.

This larger format of antique terra-cotta hexagons is particularly appropriate for interior floors, whether historic or on more contemporary projects where natural Truly Reclaimed materials are important. They can also be used for exterior terraces in non-freezing climates. These large hexagonal tiles add an authentic, traditional, or rustic touch. Nowadays their rarity makes them a precious commodity. Once carefully laid they form authentic and classic French antique floors, with really exquisite surfaces, often worn smooth and always with natural variation.

Their warm reddish hue varies from pinkish to orangish, presenting different shades depending on the salvaged batches. Sizes of different consignments vary, so please consult us giving room sizes.

Dimensions : 

• Large size: from 19 cm to 23 cm – from 7.5 inches to 9 inches and sometimes bigger
• Thickness: between 1,5 and 3 cm – between 0,59 inch and 1,18 inch (depending on the batches)
