Antique Italian glazed pottery bowl: This medium sized rustic pottery bowl of Italian origin is presumed 19th century. This decorative bowl has a simple rustic beauty and despite its age could be used for its original purpose of preparing food or storage. Otherwise for display it is ideal. This mixing or fruit bowl is a fine example with beautiful green flecks on a light creamy glaze. The natural terracotta exterior is unglazed, and displays the potter’s hand-marks.
