Antique limestone octagonal bollard
Antique limestone octagonal bollard: This antique French limestone hand-hewn bollard or stone post is of excellent quality and will grace a historic landscape or driveway project.
The one-piece carved stone bollard comprises a rough-hewn cubic base intended to be buried, with the upper visible octagonal part beautifully finished tapering to a half sphere. In that classic beige-honey French limestone colour appreciated so much, it has weathered beautifully over time. Truly reclaimed, it was made no more recently than the 19th century.
