Reference : 202258
Shallow antique slate sink : Stone sinks such as this one with a lateral draining board were « work stations » for food preparation and cleaning tasks, often installed in a window reveal to make maximum use of daylight. This one has a hole for the waste, and is presumed 20th century. It is in slate from the Angers mines near our Maine & Loire premises.
This antique sink could be re-used inside, or outside eg near a BBQ or in a greenhouse.
