Antique limestone double trough
Antique limestone double trough : This splendid double feed trough in hard French limestone came from horse stables. It features the double oval « basins » and 2 of the originally 3 wrought iron rings remain. Centuries-old and Truly Reclaimed it is no newer than 19th century and features a worn smooth patina. It is ideal to be re-used as a feed trough in traditional stables, particularly if the building is historic. Alternatively it could also be adapted as a garden water feature or planter. It would fit well against a wall, which was where it was located previously. Some clients adapt troughs such as this as sinks or wash-basins in a boot room, rustic bathroom or greenhouse.
